Tonight was my first time to make it to Tuesday Night Life Drawing since last January. It was nice to get back to drawing for a change.It was nice to visit with all the old group, meet the artists I had not met, and a very nice young lady who modeled for us. It was nice to get a tour of Susan's studio and see the new artwork she is working on for the upcoming Studio Tour in November. |

I have been going through some of my images putting together some new material for an exhibit, possibly next spring or summer. To the right is one of the images for the new portfolio. I need to do some more photography on the caprock when it cools down a bit. Künstler is also wanting help to make some new molds for castings. The past year or so I have been somewhat out of the art world due to my paleontology research. Hopefully, that will be easing up a bit as I finish a number of projects. I am going to have to find some new models as most of my previous models have moved away. Anyway, it is nice to be getting started on a new portfolio for an exhibition. |
